Every wedding that I photograph is unique and special to me, but for some reason, Angela & Andrew’s held a special place in my heart. Maybe it’s because, even though we never got the opportunity to meet in person prior to the wedding, I knew based on our virtual meetings and social media chatter that we would mesh well.
I guess let me start by saying that Angela & Andrew are two of the sweetest humans I’ve ever met. And now that I’ve had the opportunity to meet their families, I completely understand why. Their wedding day went by seamlessly – without a hiccup – and reflected all the hard work and planning they had put into it. From the DIY signage, the stunning handmade card box, all the way down to the fun popsicle cart to entertain guests at cocktail hour (highly recommend the salted watermelon flavor!), everything was perfectly planned.
My personal favorite part of the day was hearing their story incorporated in both their ceremony and their speeches given by the best man & maid of honor. It seems like the theme of their relationship was “trusting it,” regardless of where it took them, and I’m truly excited to see where life takes them next.
Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Maung!
Thank you for trusting me with capturing your special day! It’s been an honor!
